Dr. Piotr Harasymczuk, MD Specialist in Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Locomotor System, who received his education at the Medical University in Poznań (1998-2005) and also as a resident in Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Locomotor System, Clinic of Pediatric Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Medical University in Poznań (2005). He gained professional experience mainly at the Provincial Hospital in Poznań (2004) and at the Department of Pediatric Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Poznań University of Medical Sciences (since 2005, still). Winner of two main awards for the best scientific work of the International Congress of Students and Young Physicians (2005) and during the Scientific and Training Conference of Orthopedists of the Polish Army (2005). Member of the Polish Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology (since 2006) and the American Academy for Cerebral Palsy and Developmental Medicine (since 2007). He took part in over 30 courses and trainings in Poland and abroad. He studied e.g. in Vancouver (Canada) as a recipient of the AACPDM scholarship, in Pittsburgh, San Antonio, Dallas, St. Louis (USA) and Vienna (Austria).
